The relax you deserve

2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180×200 cm), the other variable – either 3 single beds, or a double bed and a bunk bed. It’s up to you to decide. Both bedrooms offer wardrobes and storage space.
The villa’s capacity is 5 adults. A stay with friends or a family holiday in Croatia is just the right thing here.
A bathroom with a shower, an integrated toilet, luxurious design lighting, and a washing machine.
A kitchen with a fully equipped Fantin kitchen unit with an integrated induction hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a dining table.
A living room with a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps another two guests, ambient lighting, and a desk.
You can rely on air conditioning.

The resort was an incredible choice for our stay. Our villa was perfectly equipped—with everything from a grill and paddleboards to a hot tub and a cozy hammock. What thrilled me the most were the resort’s stunning beaches, where we fully enjoyed the privacy we were looking for. Even though we were tucked away in a peaceful, secluded spot, it was just a short drive to nearby towns, full of life and a great atmosphere. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How does the arrival (check-in) process work?

Official check-in time: 16:00.

The BUQEZ Resort gate is opened remotely by reception staff—not automatically. This is a private resort, and this measure is in place to ensure your peace and safety.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at the BUQEZ Resort reception by friendly Croatian staff who speak primarily English. After completing the necessary registration, settling any applicable fees (see pricing section), receiving your keys, and confirming your planned check-out time, the reception team will direct you to your villa and show you your private parking spot within the resort.

Once parked, you’re welcome to return to reception to get more information about the resort and nearby surroundings. The staff will be happy to answer your questions, fulfill additional requests if possible, and assist in organizing excursions or sports activities.

How does the departure (check-out) process work?

Official check-out time: 10:00.

Please visit reception in advance of your departure to confirm your check-out time. The staff will inspect the villa and settle any outstanding charges or security deposits. If you plan to leave outside the official check-out hours, please arrange this with the reception team in advance.

Where can I park in the resort?

Parking is free of charge and no registration is required. Each guest has access to a private parking spot.

Are pets allowed in BUQEZ?

The villas in BUQEZ Resort are privately owned, and each owner sets their own pet policy. If your chosen villa allows pets, a pet fee of €20 to €50 typically applies.

Can I have visitors (family or friends)?

Entry to the resort is allowed only for guests registered at reception. The reception team reserves the right to deny access to anyone who may disturb the peace of other guests.

Visitors may stay free of charge for up to 2 hours. If they wish to stay longer, a resort entry fee of €20 applies.

When is quiet time?

We kindly ask all guests to be considerate regarding noise, including music, TV, or instruments. Absolute quiet is required between 22:00 and 07:00.

What is the cancellation policy?

- Cancellation 60+ days before arrival: no charge
- 59–30 days before arrival: 25% of total stay
- 29–14 days before arrival: 50%
- 13–7 days before arrival: 75%
- 6–2 days before arrival: 90%
- 1 day or less before arrival: 100%
The same conditions apply in case of shortening your stay.

The cancellation fee is considered a contractual penalty.
The accommodation provider is entitled to charge an administrative fee of EUR 120 for the cancellation of any reservation, even if it was made more than 60 days prior to the planned arrival date.
