We rarely recommend restaurants, only the outstanding ones that have something special – homemade dishes, a unique atmosphere, and perfect food. La Spuz restaurant has it all and more. La Spuz is original and unforgettable, situated in a secluded bay, maintaining the spirit of Robinson Crusoe with its low dry stone walls that surround it, and olive trees providing pleasant shade in the warm summer months.

Explaining its exact location can be challenging, although administratively it belongs to the islands of Betina and Murter. The easiest way to reach it is by heading from BUQEZ to Å ibenik and, after less than a kilometer, turning off the Adriatic Highway onto a dirt road. You can’t miss it; at the turn, there’s a shipwreck with a huge sign that says “La Spuz.”
